🏠🔥 WHEN A CUSTOMER TRUSTS YOU WITH ONE PROJECT… AND A FEW YEARS LATER YOU’VE TRANSFORMED ALMOST THEIR ENTIRE HOME.

This is one of those projects we’re especially proud to finally step back and look at. Over the last few years, these homeowners have trusted us with project after project, and today there’s hardly a part of this property we haven’t had a hand in transforming.

On the exterior, we painted the entire home, including the walls, soffit and fascia. We tiled the front porch, repaired a crack in the porch ceiling and gave the ceiling a fresh coat of paint. We completely restored the pool cage from top to bottom, painting the entire enclosure, replacing the screen and hardware, and bringing the whole cage back to life. We also completely refinished the pool deck with a new flake system and protective clear coat.

Inside was just as big of a transformation. We completely repainted the interior, including the walls, doors and trim, installed new flooring throughout the home, and extended the kitchen backsplash to match the existing backsplash on the other side of the counters, and that addition turned out awesome.

At this point, there is nothing left to update inside this home. Everything is finished, refreshed and brand new. Outside, we’re down to just the garage floor and driveway. Once those are completed, this property will officially have been updated from one end to the other.

But as proud as we are of the finished work, the biggest part of this one for us is the trust behind it.

Anybody can hire you for one job. When homeowners continue calling you back year after year and trusting you with the next project, and then the next one after that, that means something.

To these homeowners, thank you for continuing to put your trust in JCH and allowing us to be such a big part of transforming your home. Repeat customers are the backbone of a small business, and we never take that trust for granted.

And we’re not quite done yet… that garage floor and driveway are still waiting on us 🫣😀

Some jobs fight you every step of the way... and this deck has definitely been one of them.

We've spent days grinding away multiple failing layers, and today we're pressure washing to remove the last loose material while preserving the sound surface underneath. Add in Florida's daily rain, trying to keep the paint flakes contained, and constantly cleaning as we go, and this project has been a mission.

The prep work is what makes the difference. We don't believe in covering up problems—we fix them the right way so the finished product lasts.

Next up: Heavy Shield with an anti-slip additive for a durable, clean, and safer finish.

Stay tuned... this transformation is going to be worth all the hard work. 💪

Not every project comes with a paycheck. 😅
Built this little butterfly and caterpillar sanctuary for my wife using reclaimed dunnage wood, old screen, and a few leftover materials I had laying around. It's not a customer project, just something fun to help raise caterpillars, watch them transform, and release butterflies back into the yard.
Sometimes the best projects are the ones you build for wildlife ❤️🦋

Another big milestone on this bathroom remodel. The tile is finally up, and tomorrow we'll be grouting, installing the trim, and putting on the finishing touches. It's been a complete transformation from where we started.
Every project has its challenges, and this one Did, but seeing it all come together makes the hard work worth it. I can't wait to share the final reveal once everything is cleaned up and complete.
