Ex*****on starts before the crew reaches the gate.

In industrial environments, good field performance depends on what happens before mobilization: clear scope, material readiness, access planning, safety documentation, manpower planning, and communication with the customer.

When those pieces are aligned, the field crew has a better chance to perform safely and efficiently.

When they are not aligned, the work can become harder than it needs to be before it even starts.

The cheapest contractor is not always the lowest-cost contractor.

In industrial work, the number on the bid is only one part of the decision. Schedule delays, rework, weak communication, poor documentation, missed coordination, and safety issues can quickly outweigh the initial savings.

A strong contractor helps reduce total project risk, not just complete a scope.

That means showing up prepared, understanding the work, communicating clearly, documenting properly, and staying disciplined when the schedule gets tight.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified Boat Operators to join our operations in Galveston County. This role is crucial for our environmental cleanup efforts and requires a dedicated individual who can manage both operational and maintenance tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate boats and perform navigation duties.
- Engage in the loading and unloading of booms into both box trucks and boats.
- Place and secure booms in designated areas as needed.
