Another backyard transformation complete! 🔨

This project combined a new custom wood privacy fence with a paver patio designed to do more than just improve the backyard’s appearance.

The existing area had drainage issues, so we rebuilt the space with proper grading and drainage in mind, creating a usable outdoor living area that helps move water where it belongs.

We finished it off with retaining walls, integrated steps, and a new privacy fence with decorative lattice detailing.

Better drainage. More usable space. A completely different backyard.

This project combines a spacious composite deck with a custom screened porch, giving the homeowners an open-air space for entertaining and a covered space to enjoy when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

One of our favorite details is the natural wood ceiling inside the porch — it adds a ton of warmth and character against the white framing and black railing. Two tone floor boards add a distinctive touch.
