Looking to add 1-2 highly motivated individuals to our team.

Ideally we’re seaking those with many skills related to residential construction and a vast knowledge of such. Being adept at certain practices will correlate to higher pay. At the moment we’re needing someone to help take on our finish carpentry load as well as a highly experienced painter.

We operate primarily around the Montgomery County MD area however are licensed to perform work in Virginia as well as the District of Columbia and will occasionally do so.

After neglecting to post for many months I figured it was time.

Here’s a deck we did last fall that was in desperate need of a makeover.
We utilized the original railings which were in fair condition and simply refinished them.

The boards on the other hand we replaced with Timbertech dark roast composite decking with hidden fasteners.

We’re looking to add 1-2 motivated individuals to help grow our team and keep up with increasing demand.

A specific skill (or many) related to residential construction is preferred (finish carpentry, framing, painting, roofing, tile installation etc.) however not required. Willing to train the right person with minimal skills or background in construction. Skill level will of course be the main factor in determining your pay rate. We do everything from simple repairs to additions and try to stay around the Montgomery County area for the most part.

Reliable transportation is a MUST.
