A few months ago, this was just a vision.

Now, we have the permit in hand and this home is officially ready to start taking shape.

What you’re seeing in this video was our way of showing what was coming before construction ever began. Now we get to show you the real thing, from an empty lot to a finished custom home.

South Harbor, we’re ready. 🏡

This stage might not look like much yet, but there’s a lot being decided here.

Before the drywall goes up, we’re checking the details that determine how the finished home will actually come together, from framing and openings to plumbing, cabinetry and the kitchen layout.

The pretty part comes later. Getting it right starts here.

Framing is complete, rough-ins are underway, windows have arrived, and fascia and soffit are taking shape on the exterior.

At this stage, most of the focus is on the parts that will eventually be hidden behind the walls. Structure, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and all the details that make the finished space function the way it should.

More progress to come from this Savannah ADU.

If you caught yesterday’s reel, here’s a closer look at some of the spaces we featured.

The cabinetry, tile, flooring, hardware, and finish selections are all starting to come together, and the photos give you a better look at the details behind the progress.

If you missed the reel, go check it out for the full walkthrough.

The difference is in the details.

Custom cabinetry, refined hardware, thoughtfully selected tile, finished showers, and flooring are all coming together inside this home in The Landings.

Every finish was chosen to create a home that feels intentional, timeless, and distinctly custom.

The details are beginning to define this custom home in The Enclave.

Custom cabinetry is being installed, tile and flooring are coming together, and the front entry is now in place. Each selection was made to create a refined, cohesive finish throughout the home.

More progress to come as we move into the final stages of this build.

Luxury isn’t just in the finishes. It’s in the details you’ll eventually never see.

The best time to understand the quality of a home is before the drywall goes up. That’s where craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail really show.

At Schuman Homes, we build with the finished product in mind from the very beginning.

This Garden City renovation is officially in the “looks worse before it looks better” stage. 👷‍♂️

Right now, it’s torn apart, but there’s a lot coming together behind the scenes. This home is getting a new roof, flooring, fully renovated bathrooms, new trim, fresh paint, and a brand-new deck.

And the good news? It’ll be available for purchase once we’re finished. 👀

A lot is changing here. We’ll keep you updated as we bring it back to life.
