If your window sill feels soft when you press on it, don’t ignore it.

Soft wood is often one of the first signs that moisture has been getting in. Repairing it early is usually much simpler—and much less expensive—than waiting until the damage spreads into the wall.

We recently repaired one before it became a much bigger problem. A small repair today can save a major repair tomorrow.

✅ Expanded the bathroom doorway for improved wheelchair accessibility.
✅ Installed all new trim around the doorway.
✅ Replaced the old, worn window sill with a brand new one.
