Is this the beach….or the pool deck?

Hard to tell today at Oceania IV in Sunny Isles Beach!

With the Atlantic Ocean just across the street, our SERPE-CO crew has turned the rooftop pool deck into a full-on sandy site while we install premium Artistic Pavers.

These beauties are going down over a thick bed of coarse bedding sand, which sits on Sika drainage mats, all protected by the rock-solid Sika RoofPro waterproofing system below.
