A recent job I did for a repeat customer. I installed the vinyl planks for them the first time around. This time I took out the old vanity and installed the new vanity base, vanity top & splash, and two under mount sinks. Installed all the new plumbing and faucets. I tore off the old mirrors and installed the new mirrors. I took down the old wall light fixtures and installed new ones, and did the same for the ceiling light fixture with a new chandelier. I tore out the fiberglass shower unit and turned it into an open concept storage with floating shelves. I filled in the empty places with new vinyl planks. I installed new baseboards and quarter round around the vanity and storage. I painted the new trim and all the walls.

A recent job Dustin Petriello, Isaac Allen Hannah Allen, and myself worked on. The building of the pony walls, installing LP boarding, installing the windows & French doors, and installing the trim work were under Dustin and the painting was under me. What was there before were plexiglass and screening. We tore all that out and framed up these walls for the windows and French Doors. We installed the windows and doors. We installed the LP boarding & trim on both the inside and outside. We filled the nail holes (well, really Isaac filled all the nail holes while Dustin and I were doing other things) and caulked it all in. Then we painted both the inside and outside of these walls, trim, and doors.
