From Abandoned Property to Future Dream Home
EIC Services has been busy transforming properties across Huntsville, Livingston, and Point Blank, TX — and this one is a major turnaround.
This home was abandoned after a failed rental situation and sat with overgrown grass and brush nearly 5 feet tall. The new owner purchased it as his first home and spent the past year clearing the property and taking the interior down to the studs.
We partnered with M&H Home & Design to bring his vision to life.
So far, the progress includes:
• Foundation repairs
• Full exterior demo (siding, roof, and decks removed)
• Reframed windows and relocated the front door
• Repaired all rotted structural wood
• Installed new OSB sheathing and Tyvek wrap
• Replaced old aluminum windows with new double-pane 3x6 windows and French doors
• Installed new Hardie siding
• Built a 12x30 rear deck and a 12x12 upper deck with incredible views
• New roof coming soon
This project is still in progress, but the transformation in just a few weeks has been substantial.

I'm excited we really made some huge progress in a bunch of my goals I haven't had a chance to post a whole lot in the past few months as we've been just swamped work until 8:00 at night 9:00 at night sometimes but there's some fun things going on I'll start posting to some of my business Pages some of the Transformations we've been working on lot to share one of the fun things that we're doing right now is been getting into building tiny cabins and tiny homes and I have commissioned to have a homemade trailer made for moving these things I expect to be able to get some of my money back renting it out and or actually moving people's buildings for them as well. Here's a couple of pictures while it's still in its construction phase Period getting very close to finishing though Period

A little late posting the finished product, but Good Golly Miss Molly's Antiques & Gifts in downtown Livingston is finished with the renovations! They asked us if we could remove all the exterior windows from this historic building, replace the rotten beams and window sills, and replace them with good wood, and also update the aluminum window frames with a wood reveal and paint the entire exterior. It was our pleasure. We partnered with Apache Glass, LLC of Livingston to remove and store the huge glass pane windows, while we completely tore out the frames and wood 2x12 beams. We replaced those with 6x12 16' and 14 ft solid beams. We had to overcome some old building challenges to get everything square, but Miss Molly's is happy with the result and we are too!
