Better pull out your rain gear for Sunday because it's going to be a wet one! Widespread rain is expected Saturday night through Sunday night across eastern New York and western New England, bringing 0.5" to 1.5". Locally higher amounts up to 2" are possible in portions of the Eastern Catskills and southwestern New England. The good news is this rain is going to come over an extended period of time and rainfall rates are anticipated to be generally light enough as to not pose any flash flood threats. Therefore, this will be a beneficial rain that causes little impact other than ponding of water in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

If you love the look of fake cobwebs, try hanging them inside your windows instead of out in the yard. Let's show our wild neighbors some love this Halloween! 🥰🦉
