We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant! They will be tasked with administrative and clerical duties, such as answering phones, assisting all office personnel, and managing organizational documents. As an Office Assistant, you will be required to greet customers, receive and sort packages, file, and input invoices into our accounting software, sort and maintain credit card receipts, route telephone calls, light office cleaning, purchase office and breakroom essentials, and keep the breakroom stocked of necessities. This isn’t a complete list of duties, but a broad overview.

Part-time hours will be anywhere from 20-25 hours per week. More hours could be required at different points and times during the year, but advance notice will be given.

Yesterday we lost an AB&D family member, but he is now flying high with Jesus.
Stanley Douglas was a major part of our business and brought us so much joy and happiness. He was that one employee who showed up 2 hours early and would sleep in the parking lot because he did NOT want to be late. He would do any task that was asked of him and he did all of this with a smile on his face!

His viewing will be held at Agent & Mallory Martin funeral home in Sallisaw, OK on Sunday (4/21/24) from 2pm-8pm.
