With Labor Day behind us and summer winding down, we’re taking a look back at a season well spent. Our people stayed busy on and off the jobsite!

This summer took Barin Group employees from Glacier National Park to the jungles of Costa Rica, down the Middle Fork of the Salmon, and plenty of places in between.

Whether it was dirt biking, fishing, concerts, traveling, or simply spending quality time with family and friends, our team found plenty of ways to make the most of the season.

Project Update | Kemmerer Water Treatment Facility

A shout-out to our electrical teams actively supporting the modernization of a water treatment facility in Kemmerer, WY.

With the facility due for critical upgrades, Barin Group is providing the electrical experience, planning, and coordination required to complete modernization work within an active operating environment.

Our teams bring deep experience supporting infrastructure improvements, coordinated shutdowns, system upgrades, and ongoing facility operations. This level of collaboration and ex*****on is what sets our crews apart and contributes to successful project delivery.

The end of the summer is weeks away, but we'll likely continue to see hotter-than-usual weather. Even without the summer sun, working conditions can be extremely hot and it's important to know the signs of heat illness.

It's particularly important to keep an eye on your coworkers as it can be difficult to recognize symptoms in yourself. Reacting quickly and appropriately to heat illness can make the difference between a hydration break and a trip to the hospital.

It's golf season! ⛳️

Last week, our team had the opportunity to attend two great tournaments! One supporting our local Chamber of Commerce and another hosted by one of our valued industry partners.

Events like these are about more than golf. They're a chance to strengthen relationships, connect with fellow contractors, spend time with our vendor partners, and enjoy the communities where we live and work.

Some of the best conversations happen between tee boxes, and we're grateful for every opportunity to build new connections while enjoying a little work-life balance during the Idaho summer.
