🏡 Challenging home? We love finding the solution. 💚

When Matt purchased his home in Tetonia, the inspection revealed a radon level of 40 pCi/L. But this wasn’t a straightforward mitigation job; the home had hydronic in-floor heating. Meaning drilling through the slab could risk damaging heating lines embedded in the concrete.

So, we found another way.

Our team designed an approach that allowed us to drill from outside and below the slab. The first round brought the radon level from 40 down to 13 pCi/L—a big improvement, but not good enough for us. We ordered the equipment we needed, came back, drilled further, and ultimately brought the home down to just 2 pCi/L!

40 ➡️ 13 ➡️ 2

Sometimes the first solution isn’t the final solution. What matters is sticking with it until we get the results our customers deserve.

Every home has its own story, and sometimes, its own challenges! Cindy’s garage apartment was definitely a unique situation, with radon readings ranging from 90 pCi/L to more than 800 pCi/L in some areas. Our team got to work finding a solution, and seeing those levels come down to less than 1 pCi/L is exactly why we love what we do!

Reviews like Annie’s absolutely make our day. We know that inviting someone into your home and trusting them to make it safer is a big deal and we don’t take that trust lightly.

Sometimes radon mitigation is straightforward, and sometimes an older home decides to throw us a few curveballs. 😅 Either way, our goal is the same: stick with it, keep you informed, and make sure your system is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.
