This nice couple had their roof installed some years back, with muiltple improper installation of the metal panels, trim, and transitions. Causing leaks from day one. Easiest fix was to removed the fake dormers, expose the rotten decking and rafter, replace framing and decking. Added leak barrier from the ridge down and installed new 13’ green metal panels. Thanks David for always getting into something 😅 💪

Wow what fun it was working around the floods! Major changes on this house! Upgraded from 3-tab shingles to a Beautiful Ash Grey R Panel. Removed the chimney that had been leaking and removed the turbines and went with Ridge Ventilation with closures. There was over a 100’ of 1 x 10 decking replaced on the south side of the house, along with 60’ of fascia board/trim, & 60’ of soffit installed. The front porch roof got extended out to 12’ long for a future deck to be built underneath. Turned out really amazing! Can’t wait to come back to build your deck! Thank you for the local business 💪

Well that was a lot worse than I expected! 😞 just about every screw came out wet! 😓 removed the rotten and wet perlins, installed new perlins fastened to the roof rafters with 3” screws. Demolished the chimney that was leaking on all four sides, new metal and proper transition trim to finish! Looks great!
