This project involved major structural damage after a tree impact caused severe failure to the roof system.

Our team rebuilt large sections of the structure, installed new framing, replaced damaged sheathing, completed the new roofing system, and repaired exterior siding to fully restore the home.

Projects like this take much more than just shingles. Proper structural rebuilding, engineering requirements, framing integrity, and long-term durability all matter — and we take pride in doing things the RIGHT way.

Green Deal Construction is looking to add dependable, hardworking laborers to our growing team. We are looking for permanent employees as we continue expanding into larger remodels, insurance restoration, decks, custom homes, and new construction projects.

No extensive experience required — we’re willing to train the right people with a good attitude and strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Dependable & punctual
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work independently and as a team
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to pass a drug test

🔨 Work Includes:
• Assisting skilled workers
