HUGE TRANSFORMATION of the exterior of this home. Black trim paint to bright white!!!

✓ Chemical washing if all surfaces
✓ BONDO and heavy duty wood filler used to patch all dents and damaged areas
✓ All transitions caulked with 55 yr caulking
✓ OIL-BASED primer used to provide the perfect base for the finish paint.
✓ Taped-covered- or removed all non-paintable surfaces and objects, covered all roofing, driveway, walkway, deck, and all vegitation around the house.
✓ Applied (2) full coats to all siding. So, with the primer, this home is protected with three full coats applied with 100% backtoll/back brush to protect this home.
✓ TWO FULL finish coats of Benjamin Moore premium acrylic house paint applied to protect this trim from the elements.
✓ All piping (oil, gas, electrical) that had rusted over the years was painted with an oil-based paint to protect and to prevent from rusting in the future.
