🌊Coastal Retreat Framing Progress 🌊

Things are really taking shape at the Coastal Retreat! The framing is moving along, and it’s exciting to see this custom home come to life with Lake Michigan in the background.

Trusses will be going on soon, and before we know it, this home will have a roof! From there, the inside will start to take shape as we get ready for rough mechanicals to begin. Each phase brings us one step closer to bringing this custom home to life.

Follow along for more updates as progress continues at the Coastal Retreat!

Happy Friday! The theme of this week has been sharing all of the exterior updates happening during this gorgeous weather.

Watching this home move from the plans to the build site has been one of our recent favorites.

We are getting closer to the finish line as we wrap up the brickwork. We love how the exterior colors are coming together, with the brick adding just the right amount of contrast and complementing the dark siding and roof beautifully.

Next up, concrete will be going in, followed by landscaping to finish out the exterior and bring the whole design together.

Stay tuned for photo updates and reels as we wrap this one up!

We’re loving all the exterior progress we’ve been able to capture this week! ☀️

Our crew is taking full advantage of the beautiful weather, and this custom ranch is moving quickly as the exterior comes together.

The combination of white LP siding, black windows, a black roof, and board and batten details is creating a clean, timeless look that’s really starting to take shape.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as this home continues to come together!

From offsite construction to the jobsite, this home is coming together quickly! 🏡

We recently shared this custom offsite build in a reel, and we’re excited to show you the latest progress. The shingles are on, the windows are in, and this home is starting to look more and more like the finished vision.

And we can’t forget about that beautiful Wisconsin fall foliage in the background! 🍂 It makes the perfect backdrop for this stage of the build.

We love watching these homes take shape and seeing all the custom details come together along the way. Stay tuned for more progress as we keep moving forward!

We love starting a Monday with a little behind-the-scenes look at the selection and build process!

This fireplace is a great example of how a vision comes together step by step. First, selecting the fireplace stone. Then, creating the layout drawing to plan out the details. And now, seeing the stone being installed on site.

This is still a work in progress, with the mantel and beams yet to be installed, but we’re already loving how it’s coming together.

From the initial selections and planning to installation, every step plays a part in creating a space that is custom to the homeowners and their vision.

We can’t wait to see the finished fireplace come together!
