For Tim, leadership is something you demonstrate through action. Whether at home, at work, or in the community, he believes the best way to influence others is to show up, get involved, and live the values you hope to see in those around you.
As a husband of 20 years and father of five, Tim strives to model integrity, commitment, and service for his family. Sometimes that means building a pool where they can spend more time together, practicing Jiu-Jitsu alongside his kids, or prioritizing his own health so he can continue showing up for the people who depend on him.
That same hands-on approach carries into his work. Tim believes customers deserve clear communication, accountability, and follow-through, while teammates benefit from leaders who are willing to support, challenge, and work alongside them. His commitment to helping others also extends into the community, where he has spent time mentoring people facing addiction and encouraging them as they work toward positive change.
For Tim, leading by example is about more than setting expectations. It is about living them.
