On Tuesday we attended a groundbreaking ceremony for one of our members as they start a new multi family complex called Serenity Lakes Apartment-which will add an additional 120 homes to Sheboygan County. Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management and Duquaine Development have a Sheboygan First model where they prioritize partnerships with local businesses, contractors and trades.
