We have been designing and crafting some of the most spectacular new homes in the Twin Cities since 1995 and today we are continuing this tradition of excellence in both the building of new homes and the renovations of existing

ones. The Pillar Homes custom design and operational center gives one of a kind attention to the client through a personalized selection process. Pillar Homes has accumulated numerous prestigious awards over the years such as The Builders Association of Minnesota's (BAM) Builder of the Year Award, The Reggie Award, Remodeler of Merit Award (ROMA),Trillium Award, People's Choice Award, Best Website and various others. The builder K.C. Chermak believes it is important to be an active member in the building industry. The Builders Association of the Twin Cities provides an industry of networking through an educational format for many of the area's top builders. has served as Treasurer, Vice- President, and President of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities since 2000. He continues to still be heavily involved with the Builder's Association of the Twin Cities through the Past Presidents' Council that acts as a guiding group to assist the staff and the overall direction of association events.

Originally built in 1905, this Deephaven farmhouse was thoughtfully transformed to preserve its historic character while embracing the needs of modern living. Expanded across three levels, the renovation nearly doubled the home’s original footprint, creating spaces designed for both everyday life and entertaining.

Originally built in 1905, this Deephaven farmhouse was thoughtfully reimagined to honor its historic charm while transforming it for modern living. Spanning three levels, the home underwent a significant expansion that doubled its original square footage. The renovation introduced a spacious new primary suite with a private bath, a large kitchen designed for gathering, a functional mudroom, and an additional main-floor bathroom. Upstairs, the existing bath was fully updated, and the bedrooms were cosmetically refreshed.
