We enjoyed partnering with the Minnesota Dakotas CCIM Chapter for another Lunch & Learn + Site Tour, this year we hosted at The Fletcher project in Linden Hills.

Opportunities like these allow us to share the collaboration, planning, and problem-solving that go into bringing multifamily developments from concept to completion. It was rewarding to walk attendees through the project, discuss the challenges and decisions encountered along the way, and provide a firsthand look at how teams work together to deliver successful outcomes.

They say time flies when you’re having fun, and watching this project come to life with Guardian Angels has been a great reminder of that. From the first shovel in the ground to where the building stands today, this 4-story, 86-unit independent living addition in Albertville, MN is quickly becoming an exciting expansion for the community they serve.

As the need for senior living continues to grow, Guardian Angels Senior Services is investing in spaces that help residents stay connected to the people, community, and lifestyle they value most. It’s rewarding to help bring that vision to life alongside a client so deeply committed to caring for others.

A lot of progress has happened since day one, and that momentum is a reflection of the strong partnership between the entire project team, trade partners, and Guardian Angels staff. We’re proud to play a part in creating a space that will serve residents and families for years to come.

Proud to celebrate another milestone with Trelleborg Medical Solutions. Our 11th project together, and our 4th at their 751 facility in Delano, MN. The new 45,773 SF Trelleborg Medical Solutions Innovation Center is designed to support Trelleborg’s continued growth and commitment to accelerating the design and development cycle for their customers. The expansion will include a visitor center, additional high-end Swiss machining and injection molding capabilities, expanded automation lab space, and collaborative environments built to support innovation at every stage. To streamline efforts, this project is a consolidation/relocation of their existing Rapid Development Center from Plymouth.

This project reflects the continued investment Trelleborg is making in both their team and their customers. Creating a space that brings advanced manufacturing, automation, and collaboration together under one roof to better support the full process from prototyping to commercialization.

We’re grateful for the continued partnership and look forward to sharing progress as the project moves ahead.
