The last couple of days I have had the great pleasure of turning this big laundry room into a extra bedroom with walking closet adding a couplehalo lights, an extra wall outlet and a ceiling fan. Made the basement window operational again and built a window sill and frame.we had to fir down the ceiling to clear alot of obstacles,It took a little longer than it usually would have for me.But that is because I had the great privilege in having a young apprentice helped me with every step of this process, i really love it when the younger generation wants to learn a construction trade, and they are willing to listen and not be afraid to make a mistake. Getting to teach him every little trick of the trade and procedure i was taught, and talking with him every day of this addition has been greatly enjoyable, and once the drywall mud is finished, we will be back together to build some custom built-in lighted shelving for this closet.

Good luck this friday Hayden Paxton on your first football game of the year! I will be there rooting for you guys!

This last weekend i had two separate fire damaged houses that happened to be right next door to each other, one was a single window in the basement, and the others were old original wood framed double cased windows. The basement window went off without a hitch.Easy replacement and trim. The kitchen windows needed completely torn out.And I completely rebuilt all the casing and framework and installed new vinyl.

Bathroom addition/Remodel for the Veterans Association i've had the pleasure of doing. This old farmhouse didn't have a real Bathroom on rhe main floor, except a 3'x5' closet with a toilet. So i made some room and brought thier vision to life of a farmhouse Bathroom with a few upgrades.
