After 35 years of experience in agricultural infrastructure maintenance and landscape management, I’ve made the decision to move toward entrepreneurship and build something of my own.
Over the years, I developed a deep understanding of irrigation systems, property maintenance, equipment operation, landscape renovations, and the level of discipline it takes to maintain land correctly and efficiently. Unfortunately, that experience was too often undervalued and underutilized by employers who operated without standards, appreciation, or long-term vision.
I spent years working around failing equipment, neglected operations, and environments where morale was treated as disposable. When a company refuses to invest in its equipment, its properties, or its people, it eventually destroys pride in the work itself. I refused to let decades of knowledge, work ethic, and field-tested experience continue to be diminished in operations that accepted mediocrity as normal.
Entrepreneurship is the next step because I know the standard I bring. I understand what quality maintenance looks like, how professional operations should function, and how customers deserve to have their properties treated with consistency, respect, and attention to detail.
I’m no longer interested in helping build someone else’s neglected operation while my own value is overlooked. I’m focused on building a business rooted in professionalism, reliability, infrastructure knowledge, and pride in workmanship — where the quality of the service reflects the experience behind it.
