Project Update – Roseville, CA

Phase 2 is underway on this 16’ x 16’ freestanding Flat Pan patio cover.

Pouring concrete and setting the steel support posts — the critical foundation that brings strength and long-term durability to the structure.

Another beautiful project underway in Roseville, California.

Today we kicked off construction on a custom 16’ x 16’ freestanding Flat Pan patio cover. The first step was removing the existing pavers and excavating the large footings that will support this structure for years to come.

Next up: pouring concrete and setting the steel posts before we begin bringing this new outdoor living space to life.

A big thank you to The Yard Company for their hard work digging these massive footings and helping keep the project on schedule.

This 16’ x 16’ cantilever patio cover features a special-order wood grain insulated roof, our new track lighting system, and a lattice privacy wall for the perfect finishing touch.

POST 4 – FINAL REVEAL

Project complete.

We finished installing this beautiful insulated patio cover featuring one ceiling fan, four can lights, and a clean modern design over the brand-new stamped concrete completed by The Yard Company.

Special thanks to Jeziel and his team at The Yard Company for the great work and partnership on this project.

This backyard was completely transformed into a comfortable outdoor living space the homeowners can enjoy day and night for years to come.

Next step is the customer completing the new lawn to tie the entire backyard together.

POST 3 – POUR DAY

Big progress on this backyard transformation.

The Yard Company poured the brand-new concrete slab and completed all of the stamped concrete work for the project. Their team did an incredible job bringing the foundation of this outdoor space to life.

At the same time, we set the steel posts for the new insulated patio cover, and the vision is really starting to come together.

Strong foundation. Clean layout. Excited for the final stage of this project.

DEMOLITION & PREP

The transformation officially begins.

We partnered with the Yard Company for the demolition and site preparation portion of this project. Their team removed the existing concrete slab, cleared out the trees, dug the footings, and set all the forms for the new stamped concrete installation.

A great finished project always starts with proper preparation, and things are moving along perfectly on this backyard remodel.

Every great backyard transformation starts with a vision.

We met with the homeowner to go over design ideas, layout options, lighting, and the overall look they wanted for their backyard space. Together, we came up with a custom insulated patio cover design paired with a beautiful new stamped concrete layout that fit their home perfectly.
