Full-time salaried office manager position available. It is a family owned business with a small office in Pleasantville, NY. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Quick books and be able to train quickly on industry specific software. Must be highly organized and self motivated. Must be able to multitask. Heavy phones with customer service focus. Salary commensurate with experience. 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 5 days a week. April-June, 6 Days a week.
