Legacy Turfgrass As the name suggests, our company is a turfgrass farm with varieties including Tifway 419 Bermudagrass, Latitude 36, and Empire Turf. We also sell hay.

Owned & operated by sisters Joyce Seay Goss & Pat Seay Cox, Legacy Turfgrass is a 5th generation farm specializing in production of Tif-419 bermudagrass, Latitude 36 bermudagrass, and Empire Zoysia. Legacy Turfgrass is a 5th generation family-owned farm which has specialized in turfgrass production for the past 12 years.
