Replaced this old carpet with lifeproof lvp. We remove the baseboards, undercut the door jambs and reinstall trim or make it look seamless. Color matched transitions and quarter round where needed.
We will be installing matched lvp treads and new riser boards next on the stairs.

That’s a wrap on this porch. It was a tight fit under the house soffit but we made it work. A lot of detail went into this project. Everything wrapped in veranda pvc. Veranda railings. Vinyl soffit and fascia. Epdm roofing with kick out flashing to prevent water from running down the siding. Added the stairs to the right side and matched the railings.

Updated these sun shade posts to aluminum tubing and brackets. Then added some simple railings off of the deck.
