Drain pipe became disconnected under the sink base, removed and replaced subfloor. Removed the original faces from the rotted cabinets and installed them on new cabinet boxes.

Finished up this deck today!
I’m not sure what the original plan was.. but it wasn’t a good one… 🤦🏻
Removed underlayment, drip edge, and plywood.
Added some framing. Installed new decking boards. Also had a small concrete patch. Decking will be painted next year.

Removed sheet rock installed shiplap.
Re-routed/ updated plumbing.
Tile flooring, stained tounge and groove ceiling.
Recessed lighting, new trim crown, base, window and door trim. Paint.
New pedestal sink and faucet.
New heater and thermostat.

Another Busy Day!
Unloaded Yesterday’s haul from the demo project.
Installed some rope railing, and got the water going at Valcour Redemption.
Then went and filled the trailer again, the first apartment is almost all stripped besides the subflooring and some more lath and plaster.
All electrical will also be removed and updated.

Went and reset a fuel tank on it’s new slab. The fuel company wouldn’t deliver as the tank was unstable before.
Went to the dump unloaded yesterday’s haul. In the process of gutting 3 apartments..
Got over to Valcour Redemption to install J-channel and Rat guard to get the tin sized and ordered.
Also went to get some mowing done.
