Check out this gorgeous home on Lake Champlain! The customer just wanted to add air conditioning for their summer home but when we told them about the NYS Clean Heat program they just had to take advantage of the $6,000 rebate. With such a substantial discount, the bigger system only cost a little more than the smaller AC only option. Now it can be used as a year round vacation home with AC and inexpensive heat. The home was designed by the owner’ son who is a world renowned architect. We just love the main room with large sliding glass doors on each exterior wall. Listening to the waves splashing against the rocks all day was great background noise while we worked. The Granite Group

I’m so fortunate to have great mentors like my uncle Charles Deyoe of ANCO Heating Services, LLC. His 40 years of experience helped me troubleshoot an older boiler actuator manifold system which saved me a ton of time figuring it out!

We just finished the heating, cooling and plumbing for this gorgeous home from Plattsburgh Housing Outlet ! This customer went with a cold climate heat pump and an oil furnace as a back up heat source since he knows how to work on an oil burner.

Check out this cold climate “air-to-water” heat pump we just installed. The homeowner was using an older cast iron oil boiler to heat their home. They decide to upgrade to a heat pump that actually heats up the water just like the boiler used to. This is a great option for anyone with in-floor radiant heat. The buffer tank pictured not only stores the hot water, it has an electric backup element for those few days a year when it gets really cold…And yess, it did qualify for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority $10,000 rebate!
