For this deck and landing replacement, we installed the new Postech screw pile footings before the existing landing was even torn off! 💪

By getting the new foundation in place first, the builder can move right into the next phase of construction with minimal downtime.

This lakefront deck replacement called for ledge pinning right along the edge of a steep lake cliff—with very little room to work between the structure and the rock.

When space is limited and the ledge is close to the surface, every inch matters. Our crew worked carefully within the tight area to install the support needed for the new deck.
