Had the privilege late last fall of building this ranchette just southeast of Spearfish, SD for some amazing clients!

-Great views ✔️
-Cedar siding with black trims ✔️
-Clear coat pine walls with black cabinets ✔️

We just made a one day trip out to wrap up finishing touches. Clients were pleased, and so were the miniature horses!

High wind is never exciting news for building contractors, especially in the middle of a big truss set! It’s always a good idea to install required bracing as you go. South Dakota winds will remind you of that from time to time! Excited to finish setting this week! 🔨 🏗️
