We have a massive new addition to the farm here in Plato, Minnesota. We are officially launching our brand new line of Fix My Soil Gourmet Garlic Blends!
We always practice what we preach. To prove just how powerful advanced soil-mineral balancing is, we used our exact same custom fertility programs to cultivate these heritage garlic varieties.
We hand-harvest our garlic and freeze-dry it at peak freshness to lock in massive flavor and nutrients without any herbicides, fungicides, or pesticides. Because it grows in optimized, mineral-rich soil, it is seriously potent—just 1 teaspoon equals the flavor/potency of about 4 fresh cloves!
Our lineup features 10 shelf-stable varieties in elegant glass jars, including pure Garlic Powder, Minced Garlic and custom blends (like Garlic Parmesan Base and Sour Cream, Garlic & Chives). For local holiday shoppers, we also offer beautiful twine-wrapped 6-pack gift boxes.
