Out with the blue, replaced with the new!

After a tree fell on this metal roof and caused significant damage, our crew got to work removing the existing roofing, fixing the damaged rafters, soffit and fascia, then installing a brand-new metal roof!

We’re thankful for the opportunity to help this homeowner get their property back in shape!

Whether it’s storm damage, repairs, or a complete roof replacement, Rosh.Ford Construction has you covered!

What a transformation!🔥

✔️ Framed up the existing shop roof and installed 26-gauge Burnished Slate metal panels for a clean finish.

✔️ Built a 25’ x 25’ front carport, providing plenty of covered parking and protection from the elements.

✔️ Connected an 18’ x 30’ gable extension that seamlessly ties the shop into the house, creating a unified appearance while adding valuable entertainment area.

For strength and longevity, both new structures were framed using 8” Cee channels, along with 4x4 galvanized post, providing a solid steel framework that’s built to last.
