What a transformation!🔥

✔️ Framed up the existing shop roof and installed 26-gauge Burnished Slate metal panels for a clean finish.

✔️ Built a 25’ x 25’ front carport, providing plenty of covered parking and protection from the elements.

✔️ Connected an 18’ x 30’ gable extension that seamlessly ties the shop into the house, creating a unified appearance while adding valuable entertainment area.

For strength and longevity, both new structures were framed using 8” Cee channels, along with 4x4 galvanized post, providing a solid steel framework that’s built to last.

Another roof completed the right way! 👍🏼

During our inspection before starting this full roof replacement, we noticed the chimney measured 50 inches wide. Any chimney wider than 30 inches should have a properly installed cricket to divert water around the structure and prevent excessive water buildup.

Without a cricket, rainwater can rush directly against the uphill side of the chimney, increasing the risk of leaks, moisture intrusion, and long-term damage to the brick and surrounding roofing materials, as seen in the photos ⬇️

As part of this project, we installed a custom-built cricket during the reroof process to properly channel water away from the chimney and protect the home for years to come.

We built and installed this custom front door awning to give this home a clean modern look while adding protection from the weather. The black metal finish paired with the natural wood post completely transformed the entryway and added some serious curb appeal.

Everything was custom fabricated and installed to fit the home perfectly — built to last and made to stand out!
