His work ethic and willingness to learn have made him a valuable part of the team, contributing to safe, efficient operations every day.

Reflecting on his promotion, Ivan shared: "I am grateful for the opportunity the company has given me and excited to continue growing professionally. I look forward to contributing to the success of the team, expanding my knowledge, and supporting our projects however I can."
