Last week, we hosted a Trade Partner BBQ at Stillwell Pasco Station in San Antonio, FL!

This event gave us the opportunity to show our appreciation to the hardworking team helping bring this project to life each and every day. The relationships we build with our trade partners are incredibly important to us, and their dedication, collaboration, and commitment are a major part of our success.

We are grateful for the outstanding work being done on-site and thankful to everyone who joined us to celebrate our Pre-Top Out Party. Thank you to all of our trade partners for your continued partnership and support, we truly could not do it without you!

Special thanks to all of the trade partner donations, we raffled off over 100 items to the hard working crews that do the work every day.

Exciting progress continues at Palladium Buckner Station in Dallas, TX.

This transit-oriented, mixed-income community will bring 305 new homes to the area across two 4-story buildings and two 2-story townhome buildings.

Recent milestones include major progress on garages, underground plumbing, foundations, fire lanes, clubhouse steel, and building framing. The team is also coordinating closely around DART operations as the site continues to advance.

Once complete, residents will enjoy amenities including a pool, grilling areas, playgrounds, dog parks, open turf space, corn hole, and a basketball court.

Great work by the entire project team and trade partners helping move this exciting development forward.

Exciting progress continues at 930 Military Parkway Living in Mesquite!

The project team is making great strides, with several key milestones recently completed:
• All CMU elevator and stair shafts are now complete
• All transformers have been energized
• Framing is actively underway and continuing to progress throughout the 5-story building

We’re proud of the momentum happening on site and the collaboration driving this project forward. Once complete, this development will bring 111 new apartment homes to the growing Mesquite community.

Big progress is happening at The Fenley, formerly known as Menchaca Apartments, in Austin!

Our team continues to move the project forward with major milestones across the site, including:
• Final installation of exterior doors and windows underway at Building 3
• MEP rough-ins progressing in Buildings 1, 2, and 3
• Insulation beginning in Building 1
• Site fencing installation in progress
• Final grading underway at the filtration and detention pond

We’re proud of the momentum and teamwork driving this project forward. Once complete, The Fenley will bring 240 new apartment homes to the growing Austin community.

Exciting progress continues at Entrada in Cape Coral!

Phases 1 and 2 have officially been turned over to ownership, marking a major milestone for the project team. Phase 3 (Building 6) is on schedule for turnover within the next couple of weeks, and the final phase remains on track for completion by the end of June.

We are incredibly proud of the progress made and the transformation taking place throughout this development. Once complete, Entrada will bring 240 new apartment homes to the community, adding to the beauty and growth of the Cape Coral area.
