Exciting progress is underway at LEO at San Marco in Venice, Florida!

Our team continues to make significant strides in site development, with grading and fill operations actively progressing to prepare the project for the next phases of construction. Major infrastructure milestones have also been achieved, including the installation of the project’s lift stations, while sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems continue to advance throughout the site.

Once complete, LEO at San Marco will provide 200 apartment homes, adding much-needed housing opportunities to the growing Venice community.

Our Florida team enjoyed a great day on the range with J.R. Hobbs! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect outside the office, strengthen relationships, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Thank you to J.R. Hobbs for hosting such a fun and memorable clay shooting event. We appreciate the partnership and look forward to many more opportunities to work and celebrate together.

Exciting progress is underway at Westmoreland Townhomes in Dallas, TX!

Construction continues to move forward with earthwork activities, including wet utility installation, retaining wall construction, and moisture conditioning of building pads.

Once these activities are complete, the team will begin preparations for the first section of paving, marking another significant milestone for the project.

Upon completion, Westmoreland Townhomes will deliver 216 townhome units across 27 acres, creating a thoughtfully designed community that fosters connectivity, comfort, and quality living.

Residents will enjoy access to:
• Leasing and community room
• Fitness center
• Dog park
• Outdoor dining areas
• Community pool

Great progress is being made at LEO at Port Wentworth in Port Wentworth, GA!

Construction continues to move forward as the team has officially begun framing and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installation across the project. These milestones mark an exciting phase of development as the community starts to take shape.

We are looking forward to delivering finished units this fall and continuing the momentum throughout the remainder of construction.

Once complete, LEO at Port Wentworth will provide 250 new apartment homes to the growing Port Wentworth community.

Exciting progress is underway at Freemont Frisco Apartments in Frisco, TX!

The project team continues to make significant strides as construction moves forward. Wet utility installation is underway, the garage foundation is nearing completion, and the precast parking garage is scheduled to begin going vertical in early July. Additionally, plumbing rough-ins are kicking off today, marking another important milestone for the project.

Once complete, Freemont Frisco will bring 313 apartment homes to this 3.45-acre site and offer residents an exceptional amenity package, including:
• Two beautifully designed courtyard pool areas
• A modern, state-of-the-art fitness center
• A rooftop lounge and deck with stunning views

We are excited to watch this community continue to take shape and look forward to delivering a dynamic living experience to the growing Frisco community.

BBL Building Co. is excited to announce that leasing is officially underway at Palladium Carver Living in Mesquite, TX!

Building Sections 1 and 2 have now been turned over to property management as this exciting community continues to take shape.

The pool amenity courtyard is complete, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy the playground, swimming pool, and BBQ pavilion just in time for the summer months.

Across the remainder of the project, interior finishes are continuing to progress through the remaining building sections, while landscaping is transforming the site exterior. The trellis picnic area and basketball court are also nearing completion.

Once complete, Palladium Carver Living will provide 288 new apartment homes to the growing Mesquite community. Great work by the entire project team and trade partners helping bring this development to life!

Last week, we hosted a Trade Partner BBQ at Stillwell Pasco Station in San Antonio, FL!

This event gave us the opportunity to show our appreciation to the hardworking team helping bring this project to life each and every day. The relationships we build with our trade partners are incredibly important to us, and their dedication, collaboration, and commitment are a major part of our success.

We are grateful for the outstanding work being done on-site and thankful to everyone who joined us to celebrate our Pre-Top Out Party. Thank you to all of our trade partners for your continued partnership and support, we truly could not do it without you!

Special thanks to all of the trade partner donations, we raffled off over 100 items to the hard working crews that do the work every day.

Also, thank you to for feeding 200 people an amazing lunch!
