We're excited to welcome Josh Grantham to Pacific Builders as our newest Assistant Superintendent!

Josh brings a diverse background spanning multiple industries, along with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset. In his role, he'll support day-to-day field operations, project coordination, and jobsite management while helping deliver the quality and service our clients have come to expect from Pacific Builders.

Chaz joins Pacific Builders as a Superintendent with over 6 years of experience in commercial construction. His experience, leadership, and passion for the industry make him an exciting addition as we continue building and growing across every level of our team.

For Wilkie Farr & Gallagher’s new office at The Quad, Pacific Builders partnered with Corgan to execute a highly detailed interior featuring custom wood paneling, bronze detailing, floor-to-ceiling glazing, enhanced acoustics, advanced AV integration, and refined amenity spaces.

The result is a polished, modern office that balances privacy, functionality, and an elevated client experience.

We traded job sites for pickleball courts at Chicken N Pickle for our Mid-Year PAC Summit!

It was a great night spent celebrating our growth we've experienced over the past several months, recognizing our team's accomplishments, and enjoying time together outside of the office. Moments like these are a reminder that our people are what make Pacific Builders such a special place.

One successful project is something to celebrate. The opportunity to work together again and again is something we're especially proud of.

Pacific Builders is proud to have completed another successful renovation for a long-standing client, a Confidential Firm at The Colonnade. Since 2007, we've had the privilege of supporting this client's growth through projects spanning eight floors, including the renovation of spaces originally completed by our team in 2010.

The refreshed workplace introduces flexible gathering areas, upgraded finishes, and employee-focused amenities designed to foster collaboration, connection, and engagement. Seeing a client continue to invest in their people and spaces—and having the opportunity to help bring that vision to life—is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We're grateful for a partnership that has continued to grow for nearly two decades and look forward to building on that success for years to come.

John is a senior at the University of North Texas, and Rachel is a junior at Stephen F. Austin State University. They’ll be spending the summer with the Pacific Builders team gaining hands-on experience, learning the ins and outs of the industry, and jumping into projects alongside our team.

Good projects happen because of great people, and this one has a lot of them!

A few weeks ago, we got to celebrate our Trade Partners at Toyota Financial Services and take a moment to recognize the teams that have been showing up and giving it their all for the past few months.

We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, dedication, and commitment that has gone into this project.

A recent December 2025 graduate of Texas Tech University, Samantha brings creativity, energy, and a strong background in marketing, communications, and brand strategy. In her role, she will support marketing initiatives, branding efforts, client engagement, and company communications.
