We are excited to announce the promotion of Genesis Medrano to HR Manager, supporting both Woodlake and Prestige in Dallas!


Genesis joined Woodlake Outdoor in December 2017 as an HR Coordinator and has continued to grow her career through hard work, dedication, and a passion for supporting our people and operations. In 2023, she was promoted to HR Business Partner, where she played a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the business while helping drive important HR initiatives and processes. During her time with the company, Genesis also continued investing in her professional development by obtaining her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in July 2022 and earning her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services in May 2023 from the University of North Texas.
In her new role as HR Manager, Genesis will expand her support to include oversight of HR operations for both Woodlake and our newest acquisition, Prestige. She will continue partnering closely with operational leadership on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and overall employee experience, while also helping support the continued growth and integration of Prestige into the LMCLP platform.
