🚛 Touch-a-Truck at BP Mission! 🚛

We had a great time bringing a little bit of to the BP Mission Early Childhood Center of New London for a Touch-a-Truck event!

The kids got an up-close look at one of our CWPM trucks and got to see what it’s like behind the wheel. Lots of smiles, questions, and excitement all around!

We love getting out into the community and giving kids the chance to learn about the trucks and equipment they see working around town every day.

Thanks to the team at BP Mission for having us! 💚

Behind : Meet Jesse! 👋🚛

For our first Behind spotlight, we’re introducing Jesse from our Westerly team!

Jesse started his career in the waste industry as a truck helper, learning the business from the ground up and gaining hands-on experience along the way. Most recently, Jesse reached an exciting milestone by earning his CDL, allowing him to continue building his skills and taking on new responsibilities while proudly serving our municipal contracts throughout Westerly.

For Jesse, one of the best parts of the job is the people. He enjoys getting to know his customers, building relationships within the community, and making sure they receive the dependable and friendly service they expect from CWPM.

Jesse’s growth from truck helper to CDL driver is a great example of the opportunities available within our team, and we’re excited to see him continue to grow with CWPM.

Thank you, Jesse, for your hard work and commitment to our customers!

Behind every route is a driver who puts in the work day after day, and National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is our chance to recognize them. Today, we’re highlighting Bill, who has been part of for 12 years! 🚛

Bill has spent his 12 years with CWPM as a roll-off driver, bringing experience, dependability, and a strong work ethic to the job each day. We appreciate the commitment Bill has shown to CWPM, our customers, and his fellow team members over the years.

Outside of work, Bill used to be an avid bowler, but these days you’re more likely to find him cheering on his granddaughter at her volleyball games. And when he’s not behind the wheel of a roll-off, he enjoys getting behind the wheel of his Mustang!

Thank you, Bill, for 12 years of hard work and dedication to CWPM. We appreciate everything you do and are proud to have you on our team!
