This customer has some old outdated landscape lights not lighting the paths very well due to poor lighting choice and some broken wires.

We replaced all the walk way lights with Volt path lights and up lights on various trees . We also replaced 2 of the outdoor kitchen lights with 2 new hardscape lights under the counter.

This customer had a issue with their outdoor kitchen. Half the counter area stopped working and the heaters stopped working. During the diagnosis you you hear sizzling in the conduit not far from the junction box.

Its likely from rodents chewing on the wire but it also didnt help that the wiring ran throughout every conduit was romex.

Romex or NM cable is meant to be ran indoors in dry locations. We replaced the bad wires with UF cable and upgraded the outlets with weather resistant gfcis and in-use covers.
