🚨 DON’T IGNORE A SMALL WATER LEAK! 💧🏠
What started as a small water leak underneath this home turned into some serious damage!
The moisture went unnoticed, causing the subfloor to rot, the main support beam to sink into the dirt, and the floor to develop a major bow in the kitchen, even causing the tile to crack.

✅ Re-supported the main support beam
✅ Repaired and reinforced the floor joists
✅ Removed and replaced the damaged OSB subfloor
✅ Installed new flooring to finish the job
