This kitchen spent thirty years stuck in the nineties. Oak cabinets, dark granite, tan walls, and a busy tile floor that made the whole room feel smaller than it was. It worked. It just didn't sing.

Watch what happens when the oak comes out. Crisp white cabinets, quartz counters that catch the light, a clean subtle backsplash, and dark floors that finally give the space some grounding. Open shelving where a cramped corner used to be.

Same footprint. Completely different life inside it.

The family that cooked in the before photo was making dinner in a room that felt tired. The family in the after photo lingers a little longer at the table, because now the kitchen invites them to stay.

The day starts in the bathroom. Most people rush through it. We think that's a missed opportunity.

This is the new master bath from a home addition we finished in central Indiana. A walnut double vanity, honest stone on top, a tiled walk-in shower, and enough room for two people to get ready without bumping elbows.

The homeowners didn't just want a nicer bathroom. They wanted a calmer morning. There's a difference.

Before this project, getting ready was a scramble in a room that fought them. Now it's the quietest part of their day.

That's the whole point. We don't build bathrooms. We build better mornings.

You don’t have to settle for a floor plan somebody drew up in 1965.

Wrong staircase. Closed-off kitchen. A basement that felt more like a cellar. No primary bathroom.

Most people would look at this photo and see an unfinished mess. We see a promise being kept.

This is a whole-house renovation in Hendricks County, photographed right after demo. No debris pile in the corner. No tangle of cords. No coffee cups left on the subfloor. No Ai. Just clean framing, organized wiring, and a space ready for what comes next.

Here's what nobody tells you about renovation. The mess isn't the construction. The mess is the chaos. Crews that leave a wreck behind them every night are telling you exactly how the rest of your project is going to go.

We treat the demo phase like it matters, because it does. A clean jobsite is not for show. It is how we protect your home, keep our people safe, and stay on schedule when the pressure is on.

Right now this is a house stripped to the bones. In a few months it will be a home the family never wants to leave.

I want you to look at the left side of this picture for a second.

Dark tile. Cluttered countertops. A bathtub that hasn't brought anyone peace in a long time. A bathroom that you survive every morning instead of enjoying.

Now look at the right.

Freestanding soaking tub. Shiplap walls. A walnut vanity with enough storage that nothing has to live on the counter. Subway tile walk-in shower. A lantern chandelier that makes you feel like you're somewhere else entirely.

Same square footage. Same house in Brownsburg. Completely different morning.

That's what we talk about when we say Return on Enjoyment. You're not going to recoup every dollar on a master bathroom renovation if you sell next year. But you're not selling next year. You're waking up tomorrow. And the day after that. And every one of those mornings just got a whole lot better.

That's worth more than a spreadsheet can measure.

This Plainfield kitchen had been frozen in time. Honey oak cabinets, laminate counters, and a built-in desk that nobody had used since dial-up.

The homeowners didn't want trendy. They wanted a kitchen that matched how their family actually lives in 2026. Two-tone cabinetry, quartz counters, a proper range hood, and a layout that finally makes sense.

Some kitchens need a facelift. This one needed a resurrection.

This Bates Hendricks 1920s home had dark green walls, bare shelving, and a window frame that was barely holding on. The kitchen wasn't outdated. It was gone.

We took it down to the studs and brought it back as an open kitchen and dining space. Shiplap accent walls. Clean white cabinetry with a mosaic backsplash. A farmhouse table where a family can sit down together instead of eating over the sink.

This beauty of this Historic Whole House renovation wasn't the exotic cabinets and selections they made on the kitchen, it was the change from an unlivable pre-war relic to a home to be proud of.
