Weather has caused a few delays in the progress of the job, but every time the sun comes out, hammers are swinging and work is moving right along. The crew has been making solid progress whenever conditions allow, and over the next week or so, you can expect to see major milestones coming together — including window installation, roof decking, and black paper going on the roof as the project continues to take shape.

We protect our belongings and projects from damage by using preventive measures like proper storage, maintenance,covering thresholds, covering doors, and doing everyday quality control. This project has some very cool features that you don’t see everyday that Larry Good Homes is excited to share as we proceed. Just one example is the stair stringers are soon to be ripped out and replaced with floating metal stringers with a high-grade wood tread!!!! The job is proceeding well and all us are excited to see this project come to life.
