ProDoor Systems was built on a simple idea. Get the product closer to the dealer.

We started with one distribution center and grew from there. Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas. Each location added to bring dealers local inventory, responsive service, and a team that understands their market.

Now, Cleveland is open. Our sixth distribution center brings that support closer to dealers across Northeast Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area.

More than another location, it is another team ready to help you find the right products, work through questions, and keep your jobs moving.

Q4 is when commercial buyers get serious.

Budget cycles end in December for a lot of businesses and municipalities. That means purchasing decisions that have been sitting in approval for months start moving fast in October and November. For dealers who have commercial relationships, now is the time to follow up on anything that stalled earlier in the year.

The door gets the attention. The installation is what actually determines whether a customer calls you back.

Proper spring tension, square tracks, a seal that actually contacts the floor across the full width, and hardware that is torqued correctly. These are the things that separate a door that works perfectly three years later from one that starts showing problems after the first winter.

Most customers have no idea what a good installation looks like until they have experienced a bad one. The dealers who take the time to explain it during the quote are the ones who build long-term customer relationships.

October is here and Q4 is underway.

This is the stretch that separates the dealers who planned ahead from the ones scrambling. Homeowners who wanted to finish a project before the holidays are making their last decisions. New construction timelines are compressing. Commercial buyers are trying to close out the year.

For dealers, the next few months bring a different kind of opportunity. Homeowners wrapping up fall projects, builders closing out construction timelines, and the customers who realize in November that they should have done this in September.
