We have some very good news which l could be very helpful in the design of your new home.

We have partnered with 1 to 1 Plans of Florida who have just opened a new office in Orlando and will be opening another in Tampa later this year. Using the latest technology, they can take your floor plan and transfer it onto an LED floor screen, at full size, so you can effectively walk through your proposed new home and see if every detail is the correct size and layout.

having visited with them yesterday and looked at the product, which is very impressive, we feel that for anyone who has doubts about how their layout will feel, this would be a perfect way to ensure that your floor plan is 100% correct before starting to build. In doing so, we will save time and money and reduce the need for changes as we go along. This can only be a good thing for all.

There is a charge for using this service, however we have decided that for anyone who signs a contract to build with in 2026 we will offer this free of charge as it will be a huge benefit and with such, we stay ahead of our competitors in offering you the best service and a quality home.

On December 15th Sgt. Elio Diaz of Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office killed during a routine traffic stop. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away leaving behind a widow and 4 young children.
On 22nd February the Conservancy & Community Trust of South Gulf Cove will be holding a fundraising event with all proceeds going to his family.
Vantage Homes are sponsoring a raffle, where the prize is $1000.00 and we invite everyone to purchase tickets at $10 each or 3 for $20.
These can be obtained in our office on Gasparilla Rd. Tuesday thru Friday between 10 and 3.
Please give generously to help show support for the family of a fallen hero.
