Another beautiful exterior project we’re wrapping up here in Camino on Carson Road!

We’re down to the finishing touches now—working our way around the trim, completing the doors, and taking care of the final touch-ups. It’s always exciting to see a project come together after all the preparation, hard work, and attention to detail that goes into it.

This one isn’t quite finished yet, but it’s already looking fantastic, and we can’t wait to show you the completed transformation.

Another beautiful home we’re painting here at Carrero Painting & Coatings, this time up in Camino!

This one is actually a repaint of a home we originally painted back in 2012. It’s always an honor when past customers call us back years later and trust us with their home again. We’re staying with a very similar color scheme, with a few updates to the trim color to give it a fresh, updated look.

As always, proper preparation is key. There’s plenty of prep work going into this project, but it’s going to turn out absolutely beautiful when it’s finished.

Another beautiful restoration project completed in Diamond Springs, California.

This home had significant smoke damage throughout the interior, requiring extensive cleaning, odor sealing, priming, and repainting to bring it back to its original beauty. Our team worked diligently to ensure every affected surface was properly restored, leaving the home looking fresh, clean, and renewed.

In addition to the walls, ceilings, and trim, we also refinished all of the cabinetry throughout the home, giving everything a uniform, updated appearance. The transformation was incredible, and it’s always rewarding to see a home come back to life after experiencing this type of damage.

Another interior project underway here in Diamond Springs, California. This home experienced smoke damage, and our team is working through the restoration process to bring it back to life.

When it comes to smoke damage, proper preparation is everything. We begin by thoroughly cleaning all affected surfaces, followed by applying specialty stain-blocking primers designed to seal in smoke odors and prevent staining from bleeding through the finish coats. Once properly sealed, we apply premium coatings to restore the home’s appearance and provide a clean, fresh finish.

When it comes to dangerous homes, steep angled roofs, and difficult access areas, having and USING the proper safety gear is extremely important.

This home had some very steep roof lines, so we had to pull out the full rope and rigging system along with full-body harnesses and safety equipment to make sure the job was completed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner.

A lot goes into these projects behind the scenes, and safety will always be one of our top priorities for both our crew and our customers’ property.
