The city said it was a problem. We made sure it wasn’t one anymore.

The homeowner called me after the city complained about the condition of the lawn and threatened her with a fine.

By the following day, I was on the property getting it handled.

No waiting around. No excuses. Just showed up, knocked it down, cleaned it up, and got the property back under control.

Another tree trimming project completed! 🌳

The homeowner wanted these trees trimmed up to head height to improve clearance around the property. We removed the lower limbs, hauled away all of the brush and debris, and left the property clean when the job was finished.

Raising the canopy helps make it easier to mow, improves visibility throughout the yard, and gives the landscape a cleaner, more open feel.

This vacant lot was completely overgrown, with grass standing 3–4 feet tall. We knocked it down, bagged and hauled away all of the debris, string trimmed the entire front ditch, and turned what looked more like a hay field back into a clean, manicured lawn.

It’s always satisfying seeing a property go from neglected to something the owner can be proud of again. Jobs like this take time, attention to detail, and the right equipment, but the transformation is worth it every time.

One thing I’ve learned since starting this business is that the little details make the biggest difference.

This property wasn’t overgrown or neglected—it just needed some attention. I spent the day hand-pulling w**ds, cleaning out the rock beds, bagging and hauling away the debris, and giving everything a fresh, maintained appearance again.

A lot of landscape work isn’t flashy. Most people won’t notice every w**d that’s gone or every rock bed that’s been cleaned out. What they do notice is when a property feels cared for, clean, and inviting.

I take a lot of pride in that. Every property I work on gets the same attention to detail I’d want at my own home.

Most people know Nate’s Property Services as a logo on a truck or a page.

I figured it was time to put a face behind the business.

My name is Nate and I’m the owner of Nate’s Property Services LLC. When you call or fill out a quote request, you’re talking directly to me. When your lawn gets mowed, landscape gets cleaned up or mulch gets installed, I’m usually the one out there doing the work.

I started this business because I take pride in doing things the right way. Showing up when I say I will, communicating with customers and paying attention to the details that make a property look its best.
