Last fall, a client reached out with serious concerns about their cottage slowly failing off the original concrete piers. What started as a structural emergency turned into giving this home an entirely new life.
We carefully lifted and stabilized the entire structure, excavated the site, poured new footings, foundation walls, and a pad, then reconnected the sewer, electric, and water services. We also installed a brand new roof and resurfaced both the front and back porches to completely refresh the exterior of the home.
Projects like this are why we love what we do — not just building new, but saving structures that still deserve a future. From unstable piers to a solid permanent foundation, this cottage is now sitting on a safe, solid base and ready for decades to come.
