El Dara Bathroom Remodel

We are getting very close to completing this remodel project for Brenda & her Husband. Thank you guys for trusting us to come do the work! We’ve been busy working here while the plumber and electricians get there work done at the triplex units here in town. We’ll post some updates on that job Friday.

We were called to remodel this bathroom, which has entailed the following :
- demo existing shower ( tile and tub removed )
- demo drywall
- demo trim (take nails out and re use)
- demo out all water damaged studs / drywall / any water damage
- reroute plumbing / fix leaks (Damon's Plumbing)
- install vinyl click-lock floor
- remove vanity from sink
- install new vanity in sink - plumbing done by Damon’s as well
- install ONYX Shower Pan
- install ONYX Shower panels and cubbie holes
- repair closet ( walls had to be cut for plumbing to a different bathroom )

Work still to complete :
-install tile above vanity below mirror
- silicone finish the ONYX shower
- install new trim that had previous water damage

We have some finishing touches to do on the shower, and we have some tile to install above the vanity under the mirror as well. Once we get that installed we should just have some finishing to do and we’ll be out of here and back to focusing on the triplex!

Jackson St. / Short St. Triplex Build Update

Today marks Day 14 since we officially started framing this triplex rental unit, and despite losing 5 full days to weather and cutting most of our workdays short due to the heat, we're making tremendous progress!

Today was a huge milestone as we successfully set and braced all 55 trusses. The gable end went up at 8:15 AM, and by our lunch break at 10:45 AM, we already had 33 trusses set and braced. After lunch, we knocked out the remaining 22 trusses and had everything completed by 1:00 PM. It was an incredibly productive day for our crew!

A huge thank you goes out to Nathan Davis for providing his truck and equipment, as well as Levi Borrowman and Noah Mendenhall for their hard work and help today. Nathan has been setting trusses for us for the past two years, and his skill and experience make these projects run smoothly. We truly appreciate everything he does for us. Thanks again, Nathan!

Tomorrow morning we'll be tackling the fascia. The plan is to begin sheeting the roof on Monday, with Bowen Construction scheduled to install shingles by Wednesday. We're also hoping to start siding next week as well.

Our goal is to have the building fully weather-tight by the end of June, if not sooner. Before we can move inside, we'll need to complete:
✔️ House Wrap
✔️ Soffit & Fascia
✔️ Windows
✔️ Exterior Doors
✔️ Siding

Once that's finished, we'll be ready to bring in the electricians and plumbers for rough-ins and start hanging drywall.

The weather hasn't been very cooperative lately, but we're hoping for a stretch of dry days so we can keep pushing forward and get this project wrapped up on schedule.

Framing has completed!

🏗️ ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED IN PITTSFIELD! 🔨

We’re excited to officially wrap up this beautiful 36’ x 40’ garage for Mr. England here in Pittsfield!

This garage features 12-foot-tall walls and plenty of room for vehicles, storage, motorcycles, and much more. The finished build includes:

✔️ 3 Garage Doors
✔️ 3 Exterior Entry Doors
✔️ Roll-Up Door for Motorcycles & Smaller Equipment
✔️ 3 Windows

This project kept us busy through the start of summer. We battled a few rain delays along the way and put in several early mornings to stay ahead of the heat, but we’re proud to say we got it completed and looking great. Seeing a project come together from an empty pad to a finished structure is always rewarding.

For this project, CNA Home Services LLC handled all exterior construction from the ground up, including:

✔️ Shingles
✔️ Windows
✔️ Siding
✔️ Versetta Stone
✔️ Garage Doors & Entry Doors

No interior work on this one — just a complete exterior build from start to finish.

We are currently booked through Winter 2027, which is something we never take for granted. While our larger projects are scheduled well into the future, we’d still be happy to discuss smaller projects if you’re needing something done.

Next up, we’ll be heading back to building more duplexes right here in Pittsfield as we continue working to provide new housing opportunities for our community.

We’re incredibly blessed and thankful to be as busy as we are. Being one of the few companies actively building new construction projects in Pittsfield is something we’re very proud of, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for years to come.

Siding & versetta stone has begun getting put on our garage build! We’ll be done with this job shortly and back on to our duplexes.

But before that, we’re focusing all of our attention and efforts to getting this garage wrapped up for Mr. England! This project will look incredible once we get siding, fascia, and the roof on! Videos will be coming again this weekend! It’s already looking nice with the stone and siding!

We have a huge announcement to make once this garage gets complete, looking forward to continuing on what is looking to be one of our biggest years yet, and we’ve had some good ones!
