New Full-time/Part-Time Cleaning Opportunity

We are currently seeking part time cleaners for an apartment complex in Baldwin (5 min from Century 3) area. The qualified candidates will be responsible for cleaning common areas of each apartment building (shared hallway space). This position will require you to move from one building to the next, which will require moving about outside.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Clean common areas of buildings including hallway, stairwells and laundry rooms.
Wipe down doors, walls and windows as needed
Sweep and mop all floors, as well as vacuuming(use of backpack vacuum).
Dispose of any trash found in laundry room and hallways.
Requires some lifting of equipment and trash.
Report any and all issues to Supervisor.

Shift can range from 9am-2pm or 9am-4pm

Part time $12hr
The Cleaner's duties will include, but not be limited to:

Dusting

Mopping

Vacuuming

Trash Removal

Restroom Cleaning

Window Cleaning (on the ground)

Some Lifting(post construction cleaning)

The Cleaner will:

Ideally work well as a team player

Take and follow directions correctly from multiple people

Is keen to promote and maintain a safe work environment

Be comfortable having a role that requires some physical demand

Hours:

Looking for day and night cleaner; may include weekends

Location: Allegheny county and surrounding areas

Background Check Required

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE!!!! This position will require you to travel to different locations with our equipment.
