If you haven’t, now is a great time to give it a test run before the really cold weather arrives! Turning your furnace on early gives you a chance to make sure it’s heating properly & to catch any issues before you need it most.

👉 Turn your thermostat up a few degrees & let your furnace run. Listen for unusual noises, check that warm air is coming from your vents & make sure there are no unusual smells or problems with airflow.

Pro tip: If your furnace hasn’t been used in months, don’t wait until the first freezing night to find out it needs service!
